What's a small update?
A small update is a task that takes less than 30 minutes to complete. Examples would be adding a new team member on your website, adding event photos, adding a blog (copy provided to us), changing text, etc. This doesn’t encompass new feature changes and is only meant for quick website adjustments or additions.
Where do you keep backups and how often are they?
All plans include daily cloud backups to Amazon’s S3 storage infrastructure.
What do you need to get started?
After you sign up, we’ll email you a request for current or new login credentials to your WordPress installation. Once we receive that we will get started immediately.
Can you restore an old backup of my website?
Absolutely! Since we backup each site daily, we can easily restore an old version should your current version become corrupted or you make a mistake in updating content.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes, absolutely! Simply contact us to scale your plan up or down and we’ll pro-rate your monthly fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your service or simply no longer have a need, we offer a full refund within 30 days of signing up.
Am I able to cancel?
Yes. While we’d hate to see you go, you are able to cancel at any time and there are no long-term commitments. Simply contact us to process your cancellation.
